A single proprietor company, when you pay - use Paypal so you can get your money back in full, if you have problems.
Your payments goes to the a different handler, if you call for support goes to an Global support team (?) which reroute you the the Manila, Philippines.
I experienced a myriad of problems when I subscribed to them, "expert support" get remote to my PC twice and then I could not see what he was doing. Of course I took out all the sensitive financial files and directories out.
The guy who helped me was nice but he made many things "Unavailable" - more than half of my works and existing software did not work anymore - "Disabled". After two attempts to rectify the problem - he ended not responding to my calls and emails. Call Paypal - sent my receipts in a less than a day got my money back, spent $90 to wipe clean and install Win 10 and reinstalled all my software.
Full of conflicts with the other programs already installed. Reboot, reboot and more reboot that's all I did until I "wipe clean" my PC.
I am not trying to dissuade you from free trial they offer, but my personal experience.....it could be my PC and software giving the conflict I really don't know.
