Hooters Las Vegas use to give out numbers and limit the amount of chips you would get. Also you would only get one number. Well I was there for a release and must have changed 3-4 times. I used hats, glasses, jacket on, jacket off, different shirts. I got all the chips I needed. Funny today you are lucky to sell them for face.
