You can base your guess on several things. If you go to eBay, you may search for the same chip among sold items (there is a function posted for that), and see how much it has recently received (assuming there have been any recently posted!). You can look at the prices others are posting as their guesses, and assume it will be in that general range. Or you can just pick a number out of thin air!
