That's Oscar Goodman, the illustrious former Mayor Of Las Vegas. He was found in an old, crumbling box car at a flea market near Shreveport, LA. I am glad I rescued him from exposure to dirt, dust and grime. Doing the research on his career as an attorney, I saw where he represented a multitude of early casino operators before his two-terms as the beloved "Mayorship Of The World's Greatest City." His wife succeeded him as mayor when term limits would not allow him to seek a third term. I guess this is his personal chip.
