I went to my local PO, they weighed & checked the envelope so sent a totally legal letter to a collector Fred DeKeyser in IL, Post office does not deliver at his end and states he had to go pick it up and pay additional fees (like 23c, are you kidding, they couldn't deliver and ask him to pay?). WHY?? I went back to my PO to talk to clerk and said it was a PERSONAL issue at the other end.

Way too many issues lately with lost mail. We are now told what the PO considers NORMAL delivery for a 1st class letter is 14 days!!

My apologizes to any postal worker that I may offend but I FEEL, your employer SUCKS!!!
