I'm just seeing the responses and am laughing at what you wrote. Did I seriously get lectured about the reuse of stamps not cancelled? Perhaps if the USPS did their jobs this would not be an issue. Good thing you have my back because you're my phone call when I am arrested for re-use of unmarked postage stamps.
