won this auction back in Jan, haven't received chips, emailed several times no response, so I'm going to open a case and ask for a refund. Since he has posted here in the past I guess I wont leave negative feedback. I have heard from another member that hes going thru problems...wife left him, took his computer????? whatever. I do know that he had 4 or 5 auctions going on at the time I won this...just beware
