eBay6:21 PM (ET) Marion gambling supply adv chips

These must be pretty good. 12 people are WATCHING my auction:

Three (3) obsolete advertising chips of Marion & Co., New York City, the gambling supply house -- Elephant and Crown mold

DESCRIPTION: Up for auction are the three obsolete elephant and crown mold, inlaid chips pictured above of Marion & Co, from when they were located in New York City (note the "New York, USA" on the inlay). In the 1980s, Marion & Co. designed the elephant and crown mold design and had exclusive ownership of it. The mold was used for only large commercial orders. Return privileges.

Marion arose from these predecessor companies: Misters Fliegelman and Reiss operated gambling supply house The F. & R. Co., 87 4th Ave, NYC from 1900 to 1917. In 1917 Fliegelman bought out Reiss and changed the company name to Victor Fliegelman Co. In 1983 the company was called Marion & Co., 147 West 26th St, NYC., which moved to Davie, Florida, in 1998, where the company is today. Along the way, these companies bought out Ace Sportworks and H C Edwards & Co of New York City and Rigdon & Co, Ohio.
