Did the BOD ever discuss bringing in a 501c3 specialist to do an organizational check-up on the club?
They will help us construct a plan to turn things around. This is a no-brainer.

If discussed… what was the verdict?

Has the BOD discussed grant writing for fundraising? Why aren't we grant writing?

In my opinion the problems that we are facing are organizational problems. They are not collector DNA issues.

Is the BOD against communicating with membership via email. It seems crazy that we don't send quarterly
news letters and reminders to our members via email. Easy for members to forward them to associates as well...
