(1) Aim High - appears to be different from the ones credited to Doc's in Livonia, Michigan in the ChipGuide?
(2) American Legion - used at any particular location?
(3) Casino LME - I was told this was a TV/movie prop chip?
(4) Millionaire Casino Club - real casino?
(5) NYC - underground club? home game? souvenir?
(6) Pacific Casinos - associated with a real casino group? or is this just a sample/demo?
(7) The Palace - underground club? home game?
(8) Pirani - real place? home game?
(9) Training NCV - generic? any particular location?
