When you only have one chip. Use a half page of 8 1/2 X 11 paper. Fold the chip into a packet but make sure the paper is the same width of the chip. Use one piece of tape. Make sure the entire package is less than 3 oz. and meets the thickness test. After all that, you have to ask the clerk that you want "First Class, Large Envelope Rate."
Normally, will ship for less than a $1 bill. It works at my P.O. Some clerks want to charge you First Class Parcel rates. Hope this helps.
