The more I hear about the USPS the more complicated it seems - and the more variable as to what the costs may be. Over here I just have a small supply of forms and drop my packages into a post box that I pass on the way to work every morning with the relevant form and stamps attached (I just buy a range of stamps every month and use them up as I need them).
