Can you explain what you mean by "table is wrong (has been modified)"?

What I posted is a screen capture of the table from the USPS web site. I didn't modify the image. Are you saying you think USPS has since modified the table for clerks to use in branches? When I go to a branch, the only reference they use is what is on their video terminal. Nothing printed is offered to determine the correct charge, at least in the Lake Oswego, OR office I use.
