Yeah, makes sense I guess. It's not so much about guilt or innocence. Every guilty party has a layer trying to prove innocence. It's about winning and losing and most often money. I'm sure many innocent people lose and criminals win. The system isn't perfect. The question was about paying out bets. Would this just be declared a "No race" and everyone get there bets back?
