has filed an application to the state of Texas in hopes of getting at least a license to offer bingo at the site of the old casino in Livingston, TX. That would be the first step in getting gaming back on the reservation's land. However, the new Texas Attorney General is anti-gambling and it may fall on deaf ears. I will keep you posted.
