Jim, I mentioned Click N Ship in my opening post. I use Click N Ship at times.

One disadvantage of it is that there is no discount like there is for PayPal-eBay. I tested it today for international parcels.

First, know that the rate charts changed quite a lot for international mailing from the US. For each country or rate group, the cost of postage is exactly the same whether it is 1 ounce or 8 ounces. For the Netherlands, it is $13.50 retail postage (to a post office clerk) whether it is 1 ounce or 8 ounces.

Here is a screen shot for the post office's Click N Ship. It is for 6 ounces, but that does not matter. As I said, all mail parcels to Netherlands betwen 1 and 8 ounces is the same retail $13.50. Here with Click N Ship, you get no discount. You pay the same $13.50. (I guess that with heavier and pricier postage choices the discounts can become a lot of money.)
