up to 3 OZ there is no discount on ebay but when you go 4-8 OZ the price goes up but with our discount we pay the same $2.60. thats our discount. I know most of or packages are 2-3 OZ so there you go! ebay saving us money again cost us more.... lol Cant really blame ebay for the Postal increase but sounds good
