Just because the club opened in 1957 doesn't mean that these chips were ordered in 1957. I would assume that they were using the genie chips at all clubs in 1957. Since the Lake Club was open until 1967, it is possible that they were ordered any time during the life of that club. Of course, a partial answer might lie in the Burt inlay book, as it would show the date for the Lake inlays.
In no way am I saying that this is a firm attribution. Instead, I am pointing out a possible attribution for others to build on, or disprove.
