Recently two chips were posted on ebay by a person from Spain with "0" transaction.
Both chips were new and as they did not sell 1st week, the price was dropped significantly, almost too good to be true.
The chips were practically NEW: Landmark $1 casino chip and a El Morocco $1 also first issue.
With these two beauties the description was almost none existant and wrong, claiming it was a "house chip" in each.
A chipper reminded me of a scam not long ago by a French seller, also with little or no transaction.
I wrote the seller asking him to put a picutre of the back & to tell me if the chips stood or to please show the chip standing on rim. Wrote in Spanish, NO response. Had a couple of friends write in English with similar requests. No response. And suddenly, yesterday both chips were "off eBay" claiming that the chips were no longer available!!
I suspect nobody purchased them, but maybe I am wrong.
Please view the ebay presentation of both and please tell me your thoughts!
Paranoid? Could be, still, I am no fisherman but it really smells fishy here! So I present this to more sane and better fishermen than me! Thanks for looking!
