Not in the USPC records. By the way, I believe the chip also says Chicago on it the char in the middle if the chip is a "1"

Compare the pic of the club with the chip below I believe the chars shown on the window of the Singapore Club match the top three chars on the chip below. I'm not sure but I would think the bottom two chars on the chip mean Chicago.
