We get discounts on anything higher than 3 ounces.

I printed a label today for 3 ounces, and it still says "ComBasePrice" right on the label. The best way to explain it is that we get the discount for all package services, but sometimes the discount is $0 (or, apparently, a negative 6 cents for the first three ounces).
