I agree with Robert that the 6 cents is worth it. You wouldn't have to stand in line (just use click 'n ship), but by using PayPal the tracking info is automatically transferred to PayPal or eBay to show you shipped the item.

The original announcement from eBay said we would continue to get commercial discounts by using electronic services, except for click 'n ship from the post office itself. It appears that promise was incorrect.
