The Official US Casino Chip Price Guide was last published in 2009. Values on most chips have dropped dramatically since then.

A few novice collectors have been screwed by people selling chips, quoting values from the outdated Official US Guide.

James C's book is a good reference book due to the illustrations and information on chips from states with casinos at that time but in my opinion, it cannot be used for value.
