While the Boardwalk is where the majority of where the action is ... (and I don't agree with those who continue to sterotype that the Boardwalk is not safe at night)... if I had my choice between Caesars or Harrahs, I would choose Harrahs. The magnificent pool at Harrahs has an ambiance that makes one think of a tropical island. Jitney service to the Boardwalk is conveniently available just outside the door from Harrahs.
