In 1941 he worked

202 South K St Tulare, Ca (I thought I took a screen shot at the library but can't locate it.) I believe it might of been the 202 Cafe(but possibly before it was called the 202 Cafe)

So.. Not too many answers on this chip, but I hope it helps a little or sparks an interest in others to research and maybe find some more info.
