I don't think they were associated with the gas station. The only reason is because they say Cafe on the chip. I can't find anyone owning the cafe and gas station at the same time. There is a possibility that Jack Smith owned both ...I just couldn't find it. He might of just been a guy who ordered chips.

I am assuming that J St and Hwy 99 might be the same road or street, but I never looked into it.
