1947-48 ...Jack Smith lives at 549 Cherry w/wife Ola (per county directory)

The first listing of U Save Cafe looks like 1956 Robert Murphy(wife Kath) listed as being Hwy 99 address

***so I couldn't find anything 48-55, but I could of overlooked something 😀 ***
In 1959 Clyde Harmon takes over and the Cafe is listed as being At 898 N. J St Tulare.

In 1956 Clyde Harmon is listed as co-owning the Sea Side Tavern in Visalia, Ca( with Dorthy S. Mosier)
Soooo...there are still a lot of questions, but a little more info than before. i will continue to look into this. I also looked up a couple of other Clubs while at the library. I'll share soon...nothing big.

In 1953/54 directory Jack Smith didn't live on Cherry st. These folks did. He just disappeared faster than he appears.
