Changing the subject,but would like to know where is a good place to retire and why. Where have you retired to? Would like some personal input , not just an Internet theory.No state tax is one good reason.Warm weather maybe another. Cheaper housing another.One thing I like about Catalana is you don't really even need a car.You can walk everywhere. The town is only 1 square mile and about 3500 people live here year round.Thanks and hope to hear of some good places so I can maybe even put a down payment on a place and rent it out until I retire.Torrey
