Not sure that my small collection is quite up to a page on the Chipguide yet, but I would be happy to share scans of the chips I have and if we can get a validated list of any other countries then I think you are on to something.
I always liked CIC chips, mainly because it always seemed to me when I started collecting that if you could find them on the tables then the harder plastic meant that they were often in nice condition. Compared to clay chips that you find on the tables and which after a few years are noticeably worn, and this was a good way to add to my collection in the early days before I knew that there were other collectors and my chips came from the tables.
We still have a couple of casinos in the UK that use them, but not many now. Not sure about anywhere else, but I guess they are slowly on their way out
