Back in the days of dial-up modems and teletypes for terminals, you would warn the readers that a lot of time and paper would be used up if you read the post .
Seems like yesterday, but was really 30-40 years ago. I had a model 33 teletype, and later an NEC "spin-writer" printer with a keyboard. It was a big step up to go from a 150 bps dial-up modem to 300 bps, and later a 1200 bps modem. Now we can fill up a screen with data in the blink of an eye!
