The great Allan Myers was the source for probably all of these when he located a bunch back in the 1980's. He was selling them for $175, I believe, and advertised them in the club newsletter for years. I'll bet if you email him and ask how many he found, that would be the entire population of this chip, which might give an indication of its value.
