The Safari Lake Club was organized exclusively for private gathering of Mr. Jackson large family with 9 children, son-in-laws, other in-laws. Endless birthday parties and with the invited guests and close family relatives were always an occasion for card games, roulette tables and the band for dancing.
The great grand son was the source of all these stories and data as narrated by his living mother, he mentioned that the Safari Lake Club grand father organized the club in Dec 1961.
THE SAFARI LAKE CLUB WAS OWNED BY THE JACKSON FAMILY - IT WAS LOCATED IN THE PARK HALL BUILDING WHICH BURNED DOWN AND WAS DEMOLISHED IN THE 70's.
THE LAKE PRACTICALLY SURROUDED THE HUGE PROPERTY - THERE WAS A BREACHED IN THE LAKE BUT WAS EASILY CORRECTED.
