With apologies to Sheldon Smith, Ron Clewell is still the winner. I did not know about the time zone differential and my decision is based on the fact that I declared Ron the winner at 9:00Pm PST. Sheldon's bid at 9:18 was, in my knowledge at that time, after the declared bidding period was over.

Ron's payment to PayPal was made last night, right after I declared him the winner. I wish I had duplicates but I don't.

I will match Ron's bid and send the amount to Deb Cundiff, Ron's sister.
