Thanks Bob - he posted the cover on his Facebook which is where my wife saw it. We have seen him a few times, and in fact the last time he played in the UK I was the winner of his 'bid on a croissant for charity' auction which at the time I regretted when I then found out I had to collect my prize, a dance from a showgirl, on stage. All I could see in the audience were my wife and daughter with tears of laughter running down their faces!!!
