These chips have been popping up since they were discovered (by Jamison Pike maybe) at a flea market or some such - supposedly kept in storage for years. Last I heard, the translation was "6 North" and they were attributed to some place in San Francisco. Think they were meant for card games, but not used, or not for very long anyway. Don't know if that's the final word on them. They were posted on a chip list somewhere, for awhile, but now I can't uncover them.
