My in-laws were good friends with Frank and Barbra.
My mother-in-law tells this story about one day when she was with Barbra she gave Frank an ultimatum over the phone to either fly back that day from back east and marry her or it was over ... Frank flew back that night.
And just as a side note, it was Barbra who coined "Old Blue Eyes"... she called him that a lot.
But before she ended up with Frank that's what she called my father-in-law.
He was the original "Old Blue Eyes".
