I don't believe either is that juicy.

Palomar's owners transferred the card room's ownership to their daughter, without first getting the proper approval from the state regulators.

With Seven Mile, formerly The Village Club, there were some improprieties involved with a large construction loan, not being reported, or something to that effect.
