I put your reply on the FaceBook thread where this place surfaced as a topic. The originator then posted this brochure.

I think I've seen that baccarat picture previously (attributed to a different casino) and I suspect that someone should recognize the slot machine carousel with the shark head (Jaws). Since this flyer does not actually reference a specific hotel/casino, it may be an advertisement for a junket operation names Mariner Adventures. However, since the package includes tickets for "Bare Touch of Vegas" (a show at the Marina Hotel and Casino) this brochure may be all about the Marina and nothing about the Mariner Hotel.

What do you think? Pictures of a "Mariner" casino, or my theory, or?....
