someone from Reno recently bought Joe's Tavern and they have been putting a new roof on the last few weeks, and doing other renovations and going to have 1 blackjack table...the El Cap, not to be out-done, are doing major renovations too, right now, everything is torn down from the building and new signs, etc are going to be put up and their going to bring back 2 blackjack tables, no word on a crap table yet.
