Where should this chip go?

in 2009 they only made a 25, 100, and 500.

This chip was used for the Cam Neely “Betting on a Cause & a Cure,” Monte-Carlo night. The Charles Hotel, Harvard Square in
Cambridge, Massachusetts where they hosted the event from 2003 - 2009

So should I note that the chip goes to Massachusetts, Advertising, Cam Neely?
