Barry is correct. I have a few of these Gamblers General Store chip and the back has both phone numbers.

Below is the little info I have on Langworthy. If anyone has any corrections or additional information, please let me know.

Langworthy started out of Detroit in 1937 and moved to Vegas in 1962. Was purchased around 1985 by Joe Fabrizio and Don Jarchow, who also started Gambler's General Store. Langworthy merged with Summit Corp in 1995 and became Wico. RT Plastics was also owned by Fabrizio.
