This 1973 photo shows the First National Bank and Shelley's Drugs on the Park property, next to Barney's. (The original Harrah's Tahoe hotel tower is under construction in the background.)

According to an ad in the February 25, 1980, issue of the Tahoe Daily Tribune, the original Shelley's Drug Store was inside the north end of Harvey's Wagon Wheel Saloon in the '50s, before moving to a separate building to the north (where the Sahara/Horizon/Hard Rock Hotel is now located). When Del Webb's Sahara Tahoe was built in the '60s, Shelley's Drug Store moved across the street next to Barney's, and later was moved up to Kingsbury Grade before construction on the Park Tahoe began.
