Absolutely! PayPal USPS labeling is the way to ship! Haven't we all experienced different prices on our packages from the USPS clerk?
We are at the mercy of the clerk. I've gotten a shipping quote difference for the same weighted package as much as a dollar!
Also some grumpy USPS clerks will give U a lecture on the proper way of taping and labeling.
