My research showed that Carl Tychsen's place became the Main Entrance, rather than it being between that and another property.
Do any of the pics you have show the buildings from directly across the street rather than at an angle where you can't really see they are separate?

The image of the chip and note came from the collection of the late Hank Boss. No way of knowing what info he had/was given.
