This is a very Rare chip, issued during the 1880s and is considered an R-10.
The first issue in 1980 had serifs with an apostrophe and is exceedingly rare.
This second issue, without serifs and a Star instead of the apostrophe, is even more Rare.
It is the only one I have or have ever seen and impossible to find outside Sharkey's Table.
(or possibly imbedded in a toilet seat ???)
