The first is the Eagle and Snake,Juarez Mexico and some say also used in El Paso, Texas. Which I can believe like I said before they are really in walking distance from each other.I have the red one on another page that I got from Steve at the show this year.Ensenada Playa,Mexico chips that I showed one of last page. I bid on some other colors of the bottom chjips but someone must have needed them too,because was outbid on them.The price got higher than I expected.Thats the way it goes in an auction though.The Center Ep chips have been attributed to the Ensenada Playa too. the top Eagle and Snake chip is one of my favorite chips in my collection like the Merida Club in my previous scan. They both have that mystique and early charm,like some of the Cuban chips or some early US C & S chips do.When they are well made as these are and as old, they are really a beautiful and historic work of art and Gaming History.The same goes for the early Las Vegas chips and I can see why some of these command such high prices even in this economic and chip collecting slump,they too are some thing to see,like are you kidding the first Sahara C & S chip with the Pyramid and Sphinx, The El cortez C & S chip,the $5 El Cortez with the Ship on it, The Palce Club Reno Indian chief in headress C & S.I can go on but done.Please leave a comment,question,suggestion,pic,poke etc.,thanks ,Torrey
