I picked these WinCards up from Harvey's/Harrah's Lake Tahoe. As I was signing up for the packet. I asked the cashier at the cage if they had any older chips in the back and he said "Yes... I will be right back!" I was thinking that he would bring out some chips from the 60's, 70's, or 80's. Then he brought out these 2 and a couple of others. I was a little disappointed, but I decided to buy 2 of them because of his efforts.
