Amateurs do it for fun. Professionals do it to make money. My categories relate to the customer, not the manufacturers, who sometimes do make product for professionals.

I didn't recognize the name of the company when I tried to identify who made them. Somehow I got to the site frequented by poker players and collectors of sets of chips. When they order chips, it appears to be for amateur use even if the chips are made by professionals.
