I found a box of these chips at a Portland, OR flea market about 20 years ago so I assumed they were probably Pacific Northwest or California. All chips are now gone and I don't remember any of the attributions to the post I made on The Chip Board at the time. There was a fair amount of interest though at the time since they were ARODIE's.
