I know it's not a variety of any of those you show but I'd add this "Full House on the Table" chip to the collection.

I like the detail the designer put into this version; you can see his cuff-link and even count the chips on the table if you are so inclined . But what is the little thing next to the chip stacks? Is it a mouse?
